Before you consider to upgrade the DoorBell Fon staion with new IdoorBell + or you plan to install the IDooBell + Phone.
Read the this first then follow by the Configuration, Connection, and Setting App.
- You have to have at least four wires (if you are upgrading the existing DoorBell Fon which means plus original two wires you need at least two more wires for providing power to IDoorBell + station) for WiFi installation (totally 4 wires), 4 more wires (total 8 wires) for hard wires installation!
- If you had recessed installation, then you need to have DP68BP(Universal back plate which can cover single, double gang, M&S, or Nuton holes in the wall)?
- You need to have a patch cord (Ethernet cable one-foot long is enough!
- A router with RJ45 output jack.
