I’m trying to switch my network connection from Ethernet to WiFi, but it won’t let me!

There are several possibilities:

When switching over to WiFi, it can take several minutes for the WiFi list to populate. Please wait for the “loading” icon to finish.
The IDoorBell Fon device is too far from the WiFi router. Please use a WiFi extender or situate the router closer to IDoorBell Fon. The typical range for WiFi is 150ft.
Please make sure your phone or tablet is connected to the same WiFi network that you are trying to switch to.
